The only personal data collected are those you voluntarily enter in the activity registration forms and in the newsletter subscription form (see below).\n\n### Activity registration and newsletter\n\nRegistration for workshops and other events and subscription to the newsletter take place through forms embedded in the pages of this website. We collect the data you enter **voluntarily** (usually your name, email address and any other information requested by the form) in order to:\n\n- organise the activity you register for (for example, to know how many people to expect and to let you know about any changes);\n- send you the **newsletter**, if you subscribe.\n\nWe do not use these data for profiling or advertising and we do not share them with third parties.\n\nThe forms are provided by **[Tally](https://tally.so/)**, a service of Tally B.V., based in Ghent, Belgium (European Union), acting as data processor under Article 28 GDPR ([Tally's privacy information](https://tally.so/help/gdpr-and-tally)). The newsletter is sent with **Sendy**, software installed on a server managed on behalf of the Ateneo.\n\nWe keep registration data for as long as needed for the activity, and newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or ask for your data to be deleted completely by writing to [info@ateneolibertario.it](mailto:info@ateneolibertario.it).\n\n### Site search\n\nThe site search (the _Search_ page) runs entirely in your browser: your search terms are **not sent** to any server and are not recorded.\n\n### Visitor statistics\n\nTo know the approximate number of visitors we use **[Plausible Analytics](https://plausible.io/data-policy)**, a self-hosted analytics system. Plausible is designed to respect privacy: it **uses no cookies**, does not track individual visitors and collects no personal data.\n\nThe aggregate data (pages viewed, country, device, referring site) do not allow anyone to be identified. The public statistics are available through the _Statistics_ link in the footer.\n\n### Content delivery network (CDN)\n\nThe site is delivered through the **Cloudflare** network, which may set some **strictly necessary** cookies (for example `__cf_bm`) for security and bot protection. These cookies are **exempt from consent** under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).\n\nCloudflare's privacy policy is available at [cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).\n\n### Map\n\nThe _Contact_ page shows an **[OpenStreetMap](https://www.openstreetmap.org/)** map: when it is displayed, your browser downloads the map images from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which therefore receive your IP address. GitLab may keep technical logs (IP address, user agent) to manage its infrastructure.
